Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Webb brings over 20 years of experience delivering large-scale, multi-disciplinary transportation planning and program management services in the areas of highway, rail, and transit. He has both public and private experience having delivered projects for the Michigan Department of Transportation, the Regional Transit Authority of SE Michigan and other private/non-profit clients across Michigan.
Throughout his career, Mr. Webb has worked on many significant projects, including the award-winning, QLine Streetcar line in Detroit, Michigan where he served as the Program Manager leading multidisciplinary teams through the planning, design, construction oversight, safety and security certification and pre-revenue phases for this unique public private partnership project. Mr. Webb’s public and private sector experience includes managing the delivery of a wide range of transportation and economic feasibility studies, transit (FRA & FTA) and highway (FHWA) projects and has led multiple owner’s representative programs. His project planning experience ranges from preparing EISs and Records of Decision (ROD) for mega projects to completing access management plans for rural developing corridors. He brings a context-sensitive approach to all projects and seeks to work closely with project stakeholders to understand their challenges and develop cost- effective solutions to their complex urban transportation projects.
Mr. Webb holds a Bachelor of Science from Michigan State University and is a certified planner with the American Planning Association.
